USE:

This machine is suitable for producing two-layer or multi-layer three-side sealing laminated film pouches with zipper sealing

and doy-pack making function which take BOPP, PET, CPP, PE, nylon, aluminum foil and paper as base material. With such

characteristics as easy operation, smooth product, beautiful appearance, high-strength thermal edge sealing and high Bag

Making speed, it is a kind of ideal equipment for packing and making pouches.

Performance and Characteristice:

1. The whole machine adopts imported PLC, and the man-machine interface is centrally controlled. Stable performance, easy to operate and maintain. The operation interface can be switched between Chinese and English.

2. Unwinding automatic constant tension control, LPC automatic deviation correction, AC frequency conversion constant speed automatic feeding

4. Upper and lower sealing pressure AC variable frequency motor drive

5. The temperature of the hot pressing knife is regulated by PID, which is automatically controlled without contact, and is set centrally on the man-machine interface.

6. Pneumatic multi-function automatic punching, automatic collection of edge material removal, equipped with static elimination device.

7. Temperature: adjustable from 0 to 300 °C, non-contact control, centralized setting on the touch screen.

8. Counting: Quantity and batch number are automatically accumulated, with preset function.

9. Working method: bag-making to length, using multi-bit photoelectric tracking control, photoelectric tracking bag-making

10. Punching method: continuous, interval, stop, and punching time can be preset

11. Double delivery method: one to six times delivery, and the double delivery function can be used when the bag length exceeds 400 mm.

12. Batch delivery function: The work unit has the batch delivery function, and the batch delivery quantity can be preset.
